The health of the world is in a chaotic mess,
with war and disease ridiculing humanity,
for in humanities inhumanity,
the world’s health suffers,
in its inequality of care,
and so destructively,
and with poverty all around us,
illness ravages us for all to see,
and with mental health,
and with physical disabilities,
we are all human,
but why, why are there so many people,
so many people who with money on their mind disagree,
and for suffering, do not really care.
