Current Health

2026

Mental and physical burnout was very very stressful and there is now two years worth of work to catch up on. The wonderful support I received helped me get through physical and mental burnout relatively sane.

My health is improved by Pot Noodles.

I am six months into recovering from deep vein thrombosis.

I have permanent hearing damage in the right ear.

CPTSD. Vibration and sound trigger CPTSD.

Re MRI scan appointment, TBI.

Two major TBI’s in life, tripped over a bench wacked head on the pavement, got attacked,

responded with self defence.

Dealing with physical health conditions, CPTSD and extreme mental and physical burnout and exhaustion is very difficult. It is not always to be cheerful and people may think you are negative because of it, which is as far away from the truth as possible. I go to bed, wake up, and see how I feel. Some hours I can concentrate, some hours I cannot, some days I can concentrate, some days I cannot. My concentration is much worse than it was because of over two years of mental and physical burnout. My concentration is fragmented because of having CPTSD.

The physical affects of DVT psychologically and the aching in the brain because of a TBI is very discombobulating and frustrating and it affects your mood daily. I am currently waiting for an MRI scan as there is a family history of brain cancer and brain tumours.

Some days are good days, some days are bad, but you have to keep persevering if you wish to achieve things in life. Running a business certainly is very draining mentally and physically even with the best support in the world.
