Flawed system

I am currently looking for sponsors of my writing to help fund the creation of more literary works. All financial support is deeply and sincerely appreciated, and also sales of my merchandising.

Rape and sexual prevention is a flawed system. The laws logically null and void themselves.

Traditional age is counted thus:

01234567890 (9 months are counted and then deleted) and then the clock is reset to zero, leaving us with a partial truth and then we continue counting.

Age numerically to provide a truthfull result should be counted thus 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12, 1 year and 0 months etc.

The laws logically null and void themselves, so every person in prison who has had sex by consent with people classed as under the age of consent should be released from prison, and paid compensation for being imprisoned unfairly and subject to a miscarriage of justice.

0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 numerical truth. The cyclical nature of the human body, renders traditional age an impossibility, every single part of the body cannot physically reach a traditional age, therefore there is no reason for the laws to exist.

If the system uses a partial truth to judge people, the people who are employed to implement the system are employed for no reason.

The outcome of the scrapping of the system. People released from prison who have had sex by consent. The consequences of the people being unfairly imprisoned being released from prison, potential anger of the people imprisoned unfairly aimed at judges and police officers and politicians, potential violence, potential murders, people being compensated for loss of earnings, peoples families being compensated for damage to reputations and for loss of earnings, peoples reputations having to be restored, a government department reformed/changed, improvements in preventing rape and sexual assault and rape and sexual assault statistics decreasing, people being sued for slander and defamation of character, people being destigmatised, people reeducated not to attack and mentally abuse people and slander people, civil lawsuits against the people who have played a part in their suffering for no reason.

Human rights would also come into it, where the countries are signed up to the human rights articles, because of a partial truth being used in a court of law. You cannot treat people with equality and dignity and rights if a partial truth is used to judge people in a court of law. You cannot treat people fairly with the system where the countries are not signed up to the human rights articles. The system morally is a flawed and failed system that increases rape and sexual assault and does not decrease rape and sexual assault.

Post scrapping of system:

Psychological counselling of those who have been subject to the system, and of those who implemented the system. The people who have implemented the system may feel guilt and suicidal, and struggle with their consciences because of the damage caused by the failed system that they have helped implement and have helped perpuate.

Treating people after release from prison: Kindness compassion, humanely, give them all the support they need to fit back into society, make them feel welcome.
